Here’s a photo of my dinner tonight.

Top photo: A HUGE spinach salad with avocado, a hard boiled egg, mushrooms, olives and chia seeds.

Bottom photo: Oven baked salmon and steamed broccoli.

Yum! I’ve been trying to tone up a bit, so I replace carbs sometimes with a HUGE salad! It leaves you feeling happy and your stomach satisfied.

I do eat carbs, your body needs them. I’m just cutting back a bit. Complex carbs only! 🙂
