Vegetarianism

This past week, I decided to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. I had been a vegetarian a few years ago, but since I didn’t know how to eat correctly, I actually ended up gaining weight by compensating the meat with more carbs. (The bad kind)

I look back at that time and cringe at what I used to eat. Now, since I’m more educated on food and nutrition I know how to balance everything.

I decided to try vegetarianism again because I was eating a chicken breast the other day, and it was really grossing me out thinking that I was eating the flesh of a dead animal. Poor chicken.

My journey begins again.
